Our enthusiastic event managers are happy to help you find the right setup and content for your conference.

Make use of the entire event location with the main stage in The Main room as the focus point. Various setups are possible in this space, from a traditional conference setup with seating to standing tables or a lounge setting. Depending on the number of participants, the space can easily be adjusted. Workshops or breakout sessions can be organized in the other rooms within Vibes, such as our meeting rooms or The Balcony. In a conference setup, the capacity is 1,500 visitors, but if you opt for an informal setting in which (some of) the participants remain standing, the capacity is up to 2,500 visitors.

By renting our event location you get access to all available spaces within Vibes Event Center. All rooms have a different size and function, but with the same atmosphere and appearance. Exclusivity also means that our team only focuses on your event during the event and can fully devote itself to the conference.
